One time each year SFC gathers the crew from around the US (and some from Canada) to learn about shred ministry, encourage one another, pray together and shred! It’s the most important weekend of the year for an SFCer. It’s a time to make new friends, get pumped up on shred ministry and gather ideas to bring back home from the rest of the SFC crew. You’re not going to want to miss this one. This year there will be plenty of space available so bring a friend!

I’m not involved with SFC, can I still come?
OH YEAH! You definitely can! The conference is open to anyone who wants to learn more about SFC and snowboard/ski ministry. Register as normal and we will be stoked to see you at the conference!
Will we be shredding?
There is optional shred time on Sunday after breakfast and goodbyes. Plan your departure travel around your choice to stay for this or not. Conference cost does not include a lift ticket. Lift tickets will be about $60 but check www.timberlinelodge.com closer to the date for an actual price.
Where will we be staying?
Nestled in the foothills of majestic Mt. Hood, Camp Arrah Wanna offers a quiet and peaceful place of respite from our busy, fast-paced lives. You will find camp to be a place where you can leave the cares of the world behind and simply enjoy the beautiful, natural surroundings. View their website here.
What should I bring?
Your own bedding – Sleeping bag and pillow
Clothing – Typical November shredtown attire
Shred Gear – You’re choice of sliding device(s) and outerwear
Spending Money – We’ll be headed out to eat for one meal over the course of the weekend that you’ll be expected to pay for
I can only make it to one day, can I do that?
Of course! Register as normal and choose only one day at the payment.
I’m a local and don’t need to stay at the camp, do I still have to pay $150?
Nope! Just put 3 into the “Single Days” payment box to pay for 3 single days at the conference.
I have a family are there accommodations for us?
We have some accommodations for families. You can pay for a motel style cabin that you and your family can stay in. We only have 4 available so register quickly. Everyone over the age of 4 must still be registered and paid for. Please let us know if you will be brining children 4 and under.
I can’t afford it at all, is there still hope for me?
YES! There is still hope! If money is the ONLY reason you can’t make it out the conference then please fill out this form. The scholarship is need based and every application will be considered on an individual basis.
